We want you to be completely satisfied with StarReply. If the product doesn't work for you, we don't want your money. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
If you subscribe to StarReply Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment. No questions asked. Simply email us at hello@starreplyapp.com with your request, and we will process your refund within 3 business days.
After the 7-day window has passed, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You will retain full access to Pro features for the remainder of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees — you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.

Refunds will not be issued to accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, including accounts terminated for misuse or abuse of the Service.
