By creating an account and using StarReply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StarReply is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate draft replies to Google reviews for business owners. The Service fetches publicly available review data and uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate reply suggestions.
You are responsible for:
StarReply uses artificial intelligence to generate reply drafts. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You must review all AI-generated replies before posting them publicly. StarReply is not responsible for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.
You agree not to use StarReply to generate false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content. You agree not to use the Service to manipulate reviews or deceive consumers. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Pro plan subscriptions are $39 USD per month. Payment is processed manually — you email us and we send a payment link. Your Pro access is activated upon confirmed payment. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. To cancel, email hello@starreplyapp.com.
StarReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
StarReply and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StarReply and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business information and review data.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@starreplyapp.com.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
